Oregon Bankruptcy Whistleblower - Oregon Bankruptcy Court
Just as local banks tell you that if the "Scheme" is not over $250,000 they can get no help. So what are Judges, Law Enforcement and County Attorneys Doing? Well they are busy cover up there own schemes, creating secret money revenues, letting criminals go and prosecuting Victims. If the FBI truly cannot help any of us On Death Threats, on Money Laundering Tips, Mortgage Fraud Tips, and can't help with high finance then what is the Use of the FBI.
If in High Profile Bankruptcy cases the FBI is out of the Loop and don't even know the Bankruptcy Laws ... seemingly leaving that up to the corrupt lawyers.. well then no wonder the laws are above the law, they are the only ones who know the laws... so they take, make, STEAL millions to billions of Creditors money in US Bankruptcy courts and the DOJ is involved somehow as they look the other way, the FBI knows nothing of what is really going on and just wants to indict the Company that went Bankrupt. So who is left to fix this mess, certainly not the attorney general, not the governor... they brag about transparency and open government but yet they do NOTHING to actually promote that.. it is simply to make the public feel better..
The attorneys run the country and they have free reign to do as they please... well the Attorneys that are in the Attorney Fraternity that is.
So who is watching over the Bankruptcy Courts .. NO One.. only you the People, and most of you are so scared of the Set Ups that attorneys use local law to do, or if your a creditor your afraid to speak - afraid they will control your assets and you get none.. if your the one who went bankrupt well your to afraid to speak because here comest the indictment, the jail time... and NO One Speaks up on the Fraud and Corruption in the Bankruptcy Courts... if a Bankruptcy Whistleblower, such as Stephanie DeYoung dares to speak up, the Attorney sets them up, harasses them, gets them in court for trivial things.. sues them.. and ALL the while the Attorney, Kevin Padrick, in Charge of everyone's fate - appointed by a Bankruptcy Judge, (Judge Dunn) has perjured himself and that is of no use to anyone .. the only point is to push and press criminal charges against the Whistleblower who is Protected by State and Federal Laws as an industry insider telling the TRUTH about the inside of a US Bankruptcy Proceeding..
the Lawyers, like Tonkon Torp and Obsidian Finance, well they have been running this seemingly legal scheme for years and there was no end in site... however the more of you Speak up and tell the Truth about the Rampant Corruption in the US bankruptcy courts, the more of you that have blog like Stephanie DeYoung's Bankruptcy Whistleblower Blog - from the insiders point of view - the more the Criminals in the Bankruptcy Courts will have to Obey the Law... for now .. no one is able to hold the Bankruptcy Trustee, the DOJ, the attorneys... no one is held Accountable .. Transparency is NOT only Frowned upon but DEMANDED you do not participate in Transparency, Kevin Padrick Obsidian Finance won't even let you take notes in meeting with him... he has that much to hide... and NO One To make him accountable to the LAWS.. the FBI - the DOJ - they don't care so who else is there... NO One Really..
If you try and Bring Transparency to a Bankruptcy Case then the Corrupt Oregon Attorneys, will use local District Court Corruption and local law enforcement to bully you, harass you, violate your civil rights, set you up, jail you and KEEP YOU DOWN...
Time to Sue the Bend District Court for Civil Rights Violations, Sue the DOJ for allowing this Civil and Human Rights attack... and Wake up the TRUTH in the US Bankruptcy Courts...
